  • Credits are purchased in packages and do not expire
  • Credits are non-refundable once used
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages with notice

5. User Content

When you upload content to our Services:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing our Services
  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must have all necessary rights to that content
  • You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party

6. Generated Content

Regarding the AI-generated images and designs created by our Services:

  • You own all rights to the AI-generated content created for you through our platform
  • You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially exploit any generated content without attribution or additional payment
  • There are no restrictions on how you can use the generated images for your real estate business or personal purposes
  • You can include the generated content in your marketing materials, listings, websites, and any other medium

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or related systems
  • Use our Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Services and their contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Unfold.Room or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unfold.Room, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our Services
  • Any content obtained from our Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
